HOGAN ENGINEERING,PC was called upon to provide building code compliance recommendations and structural assessment/recommendations to convert a 1905  former residence, boarding house and medical facility to a multi use business/residence occupancy.

The first floor provides business services (barber, salon and business office) with the second and third floor providing three residential units per floor.

The vision of the owner is to maintain many of the architectural elements of the building.

Three-dimensional modeling complimented  the Owner’s vision for the intended uses and Code Officer’s overview of the life-safety concerns for permitting.
