The homeowners of a Cape Cod structure wanted to expand their residents to facilitate a large kitchen area and more bedrooms.

HOGAN ENGINEERING, PC presented three-dimensional modeling alternatives to the homeowners to provide them with architectural style that was acceptable. 

The project programming and conceptual design was subsequently filed by construction documentation to secure a building permit.
