The homeowners of a Victorian structure wanted to expand their residents to facilitate a garage, breezeway and workspace area.

HOGAN ENGINEERING, PC presented three-dimensional modeling alternatives to the homeowners to provide them with architectural style that was acceptable. 

The project's conceptual design was subsequently followed by construction documentation to secure a building permit.
