On July 8, 2021, an EF1 tornado with maximum winds up to 105 mph passed over the historic Westernville Presbyterian Church. Hogan Engineering, P.C. was charged with the task of performing an initial structural assessment of the structure and to develop a plan to reconstruct the historic 36 ft bell tower which was destroyed in its entirety.

HOGAN ENGINEERING, PC provided conceptual models for the Church Council and then provided construction documents to secure a building permit.
